The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

Despite the above referenced criminal citations and his guilty pleas to all of them, when Jeff filled out his application to Villanova Law School, he lied when he denied that he had ever been the subject of disciplinary action, including any terms of probation.

In his application, Jeff also failed to disclose several incidents wherein he was arrested and subsequently pled guilty.

When Jeff applied for his Pennsylvania law license he repeatedly lied on the application form as to some of the criminal conduct aforementioned.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
