Attorney Christopher Lombardo of Philadelphia; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Christopher Jon Lombardo with a law license in 1993

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Christopher guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  3. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  4. Failed to explain matter to extent necessary for client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  5. Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
In one matter, Christopher was retained by Timothy Nguyen who was imprisoned at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia to obtain a refund of $50,000 from Mr. Nguyen’s previous attorney, who was an associate of a firm located in California.

Christopher failed to respond to several letters and calls he received from Mr. Nguyen to obtain a status update on the matter.

About one year later, Nguyen sent a certified letter to Christopher requesting a copy of the fee agreement he signed and inquired as to how long it would take to obtain the refund; however, Chris failed to respond to the certified letter.

One year later, Nguyen sent Chris another certified letter regarding the same matters, which Chris again ignored.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Christopher by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Christopher practices at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
