Attorney Timothy Dillon of Philadelphia, PA; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented Timothy A. Dillon with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Villanova University School of Law. Timmy also received a law license to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania in 1997.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Timmy practices with McCann & Wall LLC at 1500 John F. Kennedy Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
