The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert Langston Williams with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Mark found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with one count of Theft by Deception, a third-degree felony
  • Charged with three counts of Theft by failure to Make Required Disposition of Funds Received, third degree felonies
  • Charged with one count of Misapplication of Entrusted funds, a third-degree felony
  • Convicted of misapplication of entrusted funds in Alleghany County Court of Common Pleas
  • Convicted in Federal District Court on two counts of willful failure to file tax returns
  • Tax convictions led to $25,000 fine, 3-year term of probation, and restitution of $138,777
  • Made restitution of $85,000 to the Estate of Alisha Branson pursuant to a plea agreement with the DA’s office
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Bobby practices at 1044 Tinkerhill Lane in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
