Attorney Timothy McMahon of Harrisburg, PA; harassing convict

The state of Pennsylvania provided Timothy J. McMahon with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the Dickinson School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Criminally convicted of harassment and disorderly conduct
• Made unwanted and inappropriate advances toward female colleagues while intoxicated

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.
