Attorney Harry Cardoni Jr. of Harveys Lake, PA; bribing judge 

The state of Alabama presented Harvey Vincent Cardoni Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Furnished gifts to former Judge Michael Toole (bribes)
• Allowed Judge Toole use of his beach house in New Jersey in exchange for the judge appointing Harry’s preferred arbitrator in an insurance case, resulting in an award for Harry’s client of about $1 million

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Harry practices Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania.
