Attorney Jeffrey Robinsonof Wexford, PA; serial criminal

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jeffrey Marc Robinson with a law license in 1986.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriation (theft) of entrusted client funds 
• Filed false pleadings
• Engaged in the unlawful practice of law
• Guilty of forgery
• Convicted in Westmoreland County for writing bad checks
• Convicted in Allegheny County for defrauding a secured creditor
• Convicted in Florida for providing false identification to law enforcement involving a traffic stop
• Failed to report criminal convictions to the Disciplinary Board

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him, with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Jeff practices at 145 Lake Drive in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
