Attorney Gary Thompson of Wayne, PA; lying loser

The state of New Jersey provided Louis N. Caggiano Jr. with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Widener University Law School. Gary also received a law license to practice in Pennsylvania.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain bona fide office in New Jersey 
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gary!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misrepresented (lied) re: status of attorney trust/business account

As a consequence of his latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Gary practices at 150 East Swedesford Road in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
