Attorney James Steiner of Washington, PA; convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented James Allen Steiner with a law license in 1983.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy was convicted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania of the crime of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

The conspiracy concerned fraudulently obtaining mortgage financing to purchase real estate.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jimmy practices at 470 Johnson Road in Washington, Pennsylvania.
