The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael Howard Marks with a law license in 1979

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• On at least two occasions wrote check on insufficient fund bank account (rubber)
• Misappropriated (stole) $11,000 of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Surpeme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.
