Attorney Margarete Choksi of Blue Bell, PA; cheerleader for Crooked Attorneys
The state of Pennsylvania presented Margarete Pawlowski Choksi with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
In one matter, Margie was a member of an Attorney Disciplinary Panel that reviewed a law license reinstatement application submitted by attorney Marlene Joseph who was convicted of one count of mail fraud and two counts of tax evasion and subsequently sentenced to 366 days in prison.

After donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads, Margie voted in favor of the reinstatement of Marlene the Felons law license. Margie agreed with the laughable proposition that Marlene was basically an upstanding citizen who would make the Pennsylvania Bar proud if she were reinstated.
Apparently, Margie is of the opinion that Marlene had a constituitional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Pennsylvania.
Thanks to Margie and those of her ilk, the good citizens of Phildelphia are burdened with having yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area.
As we speak (ca. January 2019), Margie practices her brand of law with Wisler Pearlstine LLP at 460 Norristown Road in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
