Attorney Kathryn Jackson of Salem, OR; Dumbo

The state of Oregon provided Kathryn Elise Jackson with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to attach affidavit in support of client’s motion

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kathy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kath   y by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Kathy practices in the Salem, Oregon area.
