Attorney Gary Bertoni of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf 
The state of Oregon provided Gary B. Bertoni with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.
The Oregon State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.
- Comingled client funds with personal funds
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Deposited improper amount of funds into trust account
- Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
- Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Gary!)
- Failed to deposit unearned fees into trust account
- Misconduct involved multiple offenses
- Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 150-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2014) Gary practices with Bertoni Law PC at 520 SW Yamhill Street in Portland, Oregon.
