Attorney Brad Larson of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The State of Oregon presented Brad Larson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Brad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Paid himself a fee from a client’s settlement proceeds without prior notice to the client who had terminated Brad one month earlier
• Failed maintain client settlement proceeds into a designed client trust account
• Violated his duty to his client to preserve client property in his possession
• Misconduct involved a selfish motive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

And lastly, Brad fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.larsonlawoffices.com. Apparently, Chris decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Brad practices his so-called brand of law with the Larson Law Office at 1631 NE Broadway in Portland, Oregon.
