Attorney Edward Bernardi of Portland, OR; slacker, loser

The State of Oregon presented Edward P. Bernardi with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
• Failed to take steps to terminate the conservatorship and release the funds to his client when he knew as of January 2020 that he was required to do so
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Eddie practices his so-called brand of law with Bernardi & Spencer at 3331 SE Milwaukie Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
