Attorney Rick Inokuchi of Gold Beach, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon presented Rick Inokuchi with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Ricky guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed in his duty to explain a matter sufficient to permit the client to make informed decisions
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ricky!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Ricky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Ricky practices his brand of law at 94211 Gauntlett Street in Gold Beach, Oregon.
