Attorney Nicholas Heydenrych of Tigard, OR; cheating loser

The State of Oregon presented Nicholas A. Heydenrych with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Charge or collected an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed in duty to hold client funds in trust until earned
• Failed to provide property to client
• Failed to account for client funds to client
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Nick practices at 15169 SW Royalty Parkway in Tigard, Oregon.
