Attorney Michael Sterner of Portland, OR; moronic loser 

The State of Oregon presented Michael S. Sterner with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain matters to the extent reasonably necessary to permit his client to make informed decisions
• regarding the representation
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Due to inaction on client’s case, the trial court dismissed it

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2020) Mikey practices in Portland, Oregon.
