Attorney Brian Buchanan of Salem, OR; thieving loser

The state of Oregon presented Brian A. Buchanan with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged a clearly excessive fee [thief]
• Prepared fee agreement increasing contingent fee by 10% if client didn’t immediately reimburse him for alleged costs

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Brian practices with the Oregon Center for Employee Rights in Salem, Oregon.
