Attorney Michael Haglund of Portland, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon presented Michael E. Haglund with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to withdraw client representation when required to so act
• Failed to obtain consent of brothers in disputed matter that involved a direct conflict among them

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Mikey practices with Haglund Kelley LLP at 200 SW Market Street in Portland, Oregon.
