Attorney Lisa Klemp of Bend, OR; ethical goblin

The state of Oregon presented Lisa D.T. Klemp with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client’s wife when seeking affidavit from her that it was intended to only benefit her client and not the wife
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Lisa practices at 1123 NW Bond Street in Bend, Oregon.
