Attorney Sandra Naranjo of Beaverton, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon presented Sandra P. Naranjo with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Sandra guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or collected a fee denominated as earned upon receipt without written fee agreement and appropriate disclosures
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to assure non-lawyer’s conduct compatible with her professional responsibilities

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Sandra by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Sandra practices with the Naranjo Law Firm LLC at 8625 SW Cascade Avenue in Beaverton, Oregon.
