Attorney John Henricksen of Gladstone, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided Jon S. Henricksen with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with accounting of client funds
• Failed to promptly return client files to client after termination
• Endorsed former wife’s signature on IRS refund check w/o her authorization
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited dishonest or selfish motive re: misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (December 2016), Johnny practices at 725 Portland Avenue in Gladstone, Oregon.
