Attorney Thomas Johnson of Portland, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Thomas Johnson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take any substantial actions on behalf of guardianship matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Made false representations to client’s sister
• Falsely stated he was involved in auto accident as excuse for failing to properly represent the interests of his client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited dishonest or selfish motive re: misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (December 2016), Tommy practices with the Divorce Shoppe at 7721 SE 13^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
