Attorney Curtis Caldwell of Salem, OR; scofflaw

The state of Oregon presented Curtis Charles Caldwell with a law license in 2011.

The Oregon State Bar found Curtis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly used methods to obtain evidence that he absolutely knew violated the rights of third persons
• Misconduct aggravated by a selfish motive
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Curtis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Curtis practices with Caldwell Law in Salem, Oregon.
