1. Failed to contact specialist retirement accounts
2. Failed to prepare Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO)
3. Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
5. Client suffered actual injury

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jill by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
