Attorney David Dorsey of Coos Bay, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided David A. Dorsey with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with client’s directives
• Engaged in improper communications with various parties
• Acted negligently in communicating with represented party
• Failed to comply with petitioner’s lawyers instructions re: settlement
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Dick practices with David A. Dorsey PC at 243 West Commercial in Coos Bay, Oregon.
