Attorney Richard Smalley III of Norman, OK; ethical troll

The State of Oklahoma presented Richard Smalley III with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Accepted a sex act from a client three times
• Sexual encounters took place after office hours at his law firm
• He represented to woman at the time in a child custody dispute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and ordered him to pay $4,364 to cover costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
