Attorney Timothy Cosgrove of Cleveland, OH; deadbeat cheapskate

The state of Ohio presented Timothy Joseph Cosgrove with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay annual registration fee in 1995

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary monetary sanction of $100 in 1997.

As we speak (ca. February 2021, Timmy practices his brand of law with Squire Patton Boggs LLP at 4900 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
