Attorney Todd Baumgartner of Cleveland, OH; deadbeat loser

The state of Ohio presented Todd Charles Baumgartner with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Todd guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay annual attorney registration fee (deadbeat)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Todd practices with McDonald Hopkins LLC at 600 Superior Avenue East in Cleveland, Ohio.
