Attorney David Berta of Elyria, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio presented David James Berta with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Lorain County Bar Association found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Failed to promptly communicate a change in the basis or rate of his fee

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Davey by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
