Attorney Marilyn Cramer of Cleveland, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio provided Marilyn Abrienne Cramer with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from Cleveland State University College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Marilyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Ordered by court to pay opposing counsel $26,632 in fees re: frivolous conduct
• Made a statement she knew to be false or made with reckless disregard for the truth about the qualifications and integrity of a judge
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marilyn by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
