Attorney John Clark of Canton, OH; serial fraudster

The state of Ohio presented John David Clark with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following conduct.

• Falsely notarized signatures of several clients by attesting that said clients were in his presence at the time they signed said documents when in fact they were not
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Kenny was never criminally charged with falsely attesting to numerous sworn client statements.
