Attorney Joan M. Crosser of Rossford, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented Joan M. Crosser with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Joan guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Joan!)
• Made false statements to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Advised her client to violate a court order
• Provided protected health information to client in violation of local court rules
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Joan by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Joan practices in Rossford, Ohio which is a suburb of Toledo.
