Attorney Kevin Bowman of Dayton, OH; lying loser

 

The State of Ohio presented Kevin Arthur Bowman with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from University of Cincinnati Law School. 

 

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Intentionally failed to see lawful client objectives
  • Failed to fulfill contract of employment
  • Knowingly failed to disclose that which law required he disclose
  • Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law
  • Lied to opposing counsel that Miami University agreed to settlement
  • Intentionally damaged his clients by lying and forging their signatures
  • Treated clients and counsel with deceit and dishonesty
  • Committed misconduct with dishonest and/or selfish motive
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 

 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Kevin practices with Bannon & Associates at 130 West 2nd Street in Dayton, Ohio.
