Attorney Oscar Trivers of Cleveland; scofflaw, ethically in-the-tank

Sadly for the good citizens of the Cleveland, Ohio area, the Ohio Supreme Court gifted Oscar Trivers with a law license in 1960.

In October 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court found attorney Oscar Trivers guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Improperly [unlawfully] witnessed the signatures of nine (9) improperly notarized documents when he had not personally witnessed the signatures on those documents
  2. Participated in a meeting at which a power of attorney form was fraudulently back-dated to cover up the improper [unlawful] notarization
The Supreme Court went on to find Trivers guilty of fraud, deceit, dishonest and/or misrepresentation.

As punishment, the enablers/apologists on the Supreme Court gifted attorney Oscar Trivers with a six month suspension.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2011), Trivers is practicing his so-called brand of law at an office located at 8608 Quincy Avenue in Cleveland.

Unless you’re looking for a thoroughly dishonest lawyer who is willing to prepare fraudulent documents on your behalf, I would suggest that you avoid any dealings with this certified loser.
