Attorney Aaron Brockler of Cleveland; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented Aaron James Brockler with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Misconduct involved multiple infractions
  • Undermined public’s confidence in the criminal-justice process

In one matter, while investigating the death of Kenneth “Blue” Adams, Aaron decided to create a phony (fictitious) Facebook account and used it to contact the alibi witnesses of Damon Dunn, who had been indicted for Adams’ murder.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Aaron.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Aaron practices with The Law Office of Aaron J. Brockler LLC at 75 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
