Attorney Sam Cannata of Cleveland; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Sam Patrick Cannata with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal
• Improperly filed pleadings/documents on behalf of various parties
• Disqualified by trial judge in representing various parties
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Sammy practices at 30799 Pinetree Road in Cleveland, Ohio.
