Attorney Charles Quinn of Kent, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Charles R. Quinn with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit advance fees in trust account as required
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)
• Failed to comply with client’s request for full accounting
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Charlie practices at 223 Whittier Drive in Kent, Ohio.
