Attorney Gina Dougherty of Columbus, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Gina Mary Dougherty with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Capitol University Law School. 

The Columbus Bar Association found Gina guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gina found it acceptable to notarize the signature on an application for a temporary liquor license despite the fact that she did not witness the signature.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Gina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Gina practices at 336 South High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
