The District of Columbia presented Ursula B. Bonar with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ursula guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to determine status of clients’ immigration case
• Failed to promptly file motion to continue hearing re: immigration status
• Represented two clients with conflicting interests
• Failed to obtain clients’ consent re: conflict of interest

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Elise by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Ursula practices with the Law Offices of Ursula B. Bonar in Charlotte, North Carolina.
