Attorney Bradley Pearce of Charlotte, NC; ethical gremlin

The state of North Carolina presented Bradley E. Pearce with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Filed a motion to disqualify opposing counsel which was not legally and factually warranted and was filed for an improper purpose

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Brad gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2020) Brad practices his brand of law at 101 North Tryon Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
