Attorney Terence McEnally III of Garner, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented Terence E. McEnally III with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knew or should have known his client had a prior DUI conviction when he claimed he had a clean driving record when he represented the client before the trial court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Terry practices in Garner, North Carolina.
