Attorney Sean Dillenbeck of Gastonia, NC; serial liar

The state of North Carolina provided Sean Dillenbeck with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at schedule arbitration hearing
• Lied to law partners he was working from home re: scheduled arbitration hearing when in fact he was in New York City
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied to client about status of matter for purposes of working on another client matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Sean practices at 2856 Wimbledon Drive in Gastonia, North Carolina.
