Attorney Lennard Tucker of Winston Salem; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Lennard Tucker with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Lenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
  Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly pay client’s medical providers

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Lenny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Lenny practices at 8 West 3^rd Street in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
