Attorney Michael Easley of Raleigh, NC; convicted felon

The state of North Carolina presented Michael F. Easley with a law license in 1976.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike plead guilty in Wake County Superior Court to one count of certifying a false campaign finance report, a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
