Attorney Stephen Corby of Charlotte; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Stephen Michael Corby with a law license in 2011.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false representations to client
• Misled client to believe he filed complaint on his behalf when in fact he didn’t
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to monitor client’s case
• Failed to inform client his case dismissed for failure to prosecute

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Stevie practices at 301 South McDowell Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
