Attorney Bertram Brown II of Winston Salem; potty mouth repeat er

The state of North Carolina presented Bertram Ervin Brown II with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bert guilty of the following misconduct.

Bert’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Bert made numerous derogatory remarks aimed at opposing counsel, some of which are set forth below.

• “Fuck you!”
• “Fuck you, you piece of shit!”
• “You really are abrasive and an asshole!”

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Bert’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to afford client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to promptly respond to client inquires

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Bert’s 3^rdbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Bert made the following statements during a deposition to the witness. 

• “You want some of me?”

Of course this bullying conduct is reminiscent of Bert’s foul mouth statements as referenced in his First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
