Attorney Timothy Smith of Lexington, NC; ethical dwarf  

The state of North Carolina presented Timothy D. Smith with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly disregarded client’s requested changes to documents
• Failed to communicate with client about means by which her lawful objectives could be accomplished
• Victims of Timmy’s conduct were vulnerable
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motives

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Timmy practices in the Lexington, North Carolina area.
