Attorney Rachel Faultersack of Wilmington, NC; lying loser  

The state of North Carolina presented Rachel E. Faultersack with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Affixed a false date to her CLE (Continuing Legal Education) Annual Report Form
• Misrepresented (lied) regarding circumstances surrounding her submission of the CLE form in her response to the Grievance Committee
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made false statements of material fact

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Rachel practices at 7241 Woodhall Drive in Wilmington, North Carolina.
